Introduction
Camera Work gallery specializes in contemporary photography and vintage masterworks since its founding in 1997. Through the presentation of classical icons such as Man Ray, Diane Arbus, Richard Avedon, Irving Penn, and Helmut Newton, our aim is to present the development of photo-art from its inception to the present. Even though the emphasis of the exhibited works is on fashion photography the spec-trum of photographs also encompasses the genres of portraiture, landscape and still life.
Nowadays, photography is increasingly influential in contemporary art and contributes to blurring the boundaries between different artistic mediums. Our ambition is to consciously emphasize this increasing
tendency by paying special attention to contemporary artists with creative potential, such as Nick Brandt, Tina Berning & Michelangelo Di Battista, Jean-Baptiste Huynh and Robert Polidori.

Artists exhibited
Ansel Adams, Richard Avedon, Tina Berning & Michelangelo Di Battista, Arnold Crane, David Drebin, Walker Evans, Jean-Baptiste Huynh, André Kertész, William Klein, Ruth Orkin, Irving Penn, Robert Polidori, Herb Ritts, Alexander Rodchenko, Steve Schapiro, Martin Schoeller.
