On 30th March, the MOON gallery opened its first exhibition at the Espace Beaurepaire. This brings together the photographic works of 23 professionals from the cinema and audio-visual fields. The principle is to put the spotlight onto the photographic work of these French and international artists, on a free theme.
Originally, the MOON Gallery was an online gallery with the aim of helping cinema technicians to free up their creativity and show their personal work. This first exhibition offers a “freeze-frame”, as a parenthesis, in contrast to the often wild pace of shooting. Two worlds that feed off and respond to each other, that of the cinema and that of photography, take a “break”, and time to meet.
