Through May 28, 2016, Galerie Catherine Houard will present for the first time Maire and Jean-Baptiste Hugo, two heirs from a long line of artists: descendants of the illustrious Victor Hugo (1802- 1884) and children of the theater painter and decorator Jean Hugo (1894- 1985). Jean-Baptiste Hugo is a painter, sculptor, and photographer. He lives and works in London and in his family home in Lunel. He offers a series of photographs in the spirit of Dutch still lifes from the 16th snd 17th centuries.
