On the occasion of the exhibition at Kunsthaus Vienna, Anzenberger Gallery show Martin Parr‘s Early Black and White Works. Pictures from series such as ‘Bad Weather’, ‘A Fair Day’ or ‘The Non-Confirmists’. Photographs which were taken in the 70s and early 80s before he leaded with his series ‘The Last Resort’ into a period of vigorous revival in European photography, and the mode which came to be known as the ‘New European Colour Photography’.
