Since 2008 I have worked in photography in front of the lens, using a device in which the camera is suspended to the ceiling , and the scene is composed on the ground. That allows me to be closer to the subject, or even integrate myself in the scene that I direct from within.
The aim of the device is to immerse the model in the space of her own peaceful and joyful beauty. The travelling photo studio is open to everybody. It’s above all a space for experimentation with simple and raw nudity to reveal the intimate and joyful power of the present Being .
For me, photography is an excuse to open, at the time of shooting, other perceptions of the self and reality. Inspired by the works of the Renaissance, I create settings of drapes and flowers. In this way I develop little by little, a personal Pantheon of naïve heroes and kitsch deities.
