The number 33 of Polka magazine is on the newsstands since last week. On the cover of this quarterly edition, a young couple kiss in the Carillon bistro, target of terrorists last November 13th. Fifteen people lost their lives there. 100 days after the fact, the Polka team went to meet survivors, local business owner, and witnesses of the tragedy.
