For a long time, the photo team of Paris Match had been wanting to share their favorite photographs and the images which are rarely, if ever, published or seen among the millions of photographs held in the magazine’s archives.
The photo archives contain every reportage shot between 1949 and the early 2000s, fifty years of film photographs. Archivists and documentarians have provided captions and have been indexing the digital photographs shot since 2003 and before did it for the Paris Match editors, and for exhibitions, publishers and productions houses.
