In Arles, during the whole festival, the Louis Vuitton Publishings opens a temporary bookstore in a wine shop with several events and books signings. This opening echoes the publication of three new titles, including two in its collection of photographic albums ‘Fashion Eye’, and the release of the beautiful book Villes du monde by the Tendance Floue collective.
For the third year, it is also publishing an updated Louis Vuitton City Guide. This updated edition pays tribute to the city of Camargue and its internationally renowned festival and includes new portfolios of the city by Yohanne Lamoulère and Bertrand Meunier of the Tendance Floue collective. Distributed in bookstores, it will also be available for free on the App Store during the festival.
With a catalog of around 100 titles, Éditions Louis Vuitton is a pioneer in the field, focusing on several collections related to travel, art and fashion: urban guides, sketchbooks, photographic albums, art books and literary accounts. Because travel is also an art of living, Éditions Louis Vuitton will set up an ephemeral bookstore at the “Le Buste et l’Oreille” cellar in the heart of the city of Arles for the duration of the festival, with numerous meetings and book signings with authors and photographers.
