March 2014. Four months had passed since the courts had ordered the closure of Ilford Imaging. However, that Friday, many of them still came for a drink at the “recreational club” run by the company Marly. For the most part,they were part of the maintenance team, but the executives also spend time there. Starting at 4 o’clock, the week now over, they came one by one to remake history, not only their own but the history of Ilford: its bankruptcy, their unemployment, early retirement and the challenges they faced.
