Object: The prize HCB is defined as a prize dedicated to helping a photographer to produce a project. Destined to an experienced photographer with a substantive work.

Antoinette Seillière, Vice-President of the Fondation Croix Saint-Simon, Representative of the Groupe Wendel. Carlos Gollonet, Director for photography, Fondation MAPFRE, Madrid. Frits Gierstberg, Curator, Nederlands Fotomuseum, Rotterdam. Sylviane de Decker, Historian of Photography, Paris, replaced by Agnès Sire, Director of the Fondation Henri Cartier-Bresson. Sylvia Wolf, Director, Henry Art Gallery, Seattle.

Conditions: No age limit. An institution must sponsor candidates.
