For the past several years, I have explored the sensual intensity of colors, as a painter does. I named this series “Le Presque Rien” (The Almost Nothing) in reference to the work of the philosopher Vladimir Jankélévitch. This is a celebration of color, in the fragile balance of an endangered instant, between life and death, teetering in the realm of the ineffable.
