From 26 to 28 June, Woirée Studio (Paris 2nd arrondissement) opens its doors to “City Wanders”. It features a series of sensitive and understated street photographs by Lily Josancy, who presents her first exhibition to Woirée.
Her intimate and authentic approach to portraiture echoes our philosophy: to enable everyone to capture their own image, unfiltered, in all its uniqueness.
Inspired first by the work of Saul Leiter, then by that of Joel Meyerowitz, whom she discovered at the Rencontres d’Arles, she has developed a personal approach to street photography, characterised by spontaneous images and graphic, head-on compositions, with the aim of creating a direct and immediate visual impact.
