For its first participation in Partcours, Galerie Cécile Fakhoury presents Vox Ouezzin, a solo exhibition of the artist Cheikh Ndiaye from December 5, 2018 to February 22, 2019 in Dakar.
Through this latest series of paintings and installation, Cheikh Ndiaye plunges into his reflections on urban architecture. Pursuing a documentary approach of its own, Cheikh Ndiaye dwells on these places that draw a geography and daily memory of West African cities – cinemas, metal workshops, kiosks designer.
