The 3rd edition of the Photography Fortnight of Yaoundé YaPhoto, which will take place from March 13 to 31, 2019, is under the theme of Remanence. Yves Chatap is the artistic director.
The international exhibition, presented in the Contemporary Art Gallery of Yaoundé, brings together the work of 17 photographers and 3 video artists whose artistic selection was made from a call for applications: Mbadimma Chinemelum (Nigeria), Nicolás Combarro (Spain ), Sarah Dauphiné Tchouatcha (France / Cameroon), Blaise Djilo (Cameroon), Lionel Richy Ebongue (Cameroon), Chantal Edie & Zacharie Ngnogue (Cameroon), William Gaye (France), Delio Jasse (Angola), Ditoma Kadoule (Togo) , John Kalapo (Mali), M’hammed Kilito (Morocco), Daniel Kukla (USA), Wilfried Nakeu and Chaima Zaar-Fouri (France and Morocco), Pierre Ndjami Makanda (Cameroon), Alain Polo (DRC), Georges Tankam ( Cameroon), Sibusiso Tlhabadira (South Africa), Megan-Leigh Heiling (South Africa), Max Mbakop (Cameroon), Yvon Ngassam (Cameroon)
