Because it is essential to support creativity and diversity of perspectives, the UPP is organising a free competition, with no set theme, aimed at supporting two professional photographers in the design and realisation of a photographic project. These grants are intended to help the winners bring their projects to fruition and present them at a joint exhibition to be held at the Maison des photographes, the UPP’s headquarters (Paris, 10th arrondissement).
Prizes: A grant of €4,000 for a photographer who is a member of the UPP and a grant of €2,000 for a photographer who is not a member.
Closing date: 6 September 2026
Eligibility criteria: These grants are open to professional photographers of legal age who are resident in France.
