I imported, went through, sorted hundreds of photos, dozens of sessions, took out all my archives, selected for weeks the images that were closest to my heart, those that were going to tell this delicate story, the individual and intimate stories that all of these women had been willing to tell, all these captured fragments that would now become one, told throughout this project.”
