Cleveland: Portraits d’Abe Frajndlich

La Lettre presented a selection from the book (Abe Frajndlich, Penelope’s Hungry Eyes) on January 18th (Abe Frajndlich, Portraits noir et blanc) on january 26th, , featuring portraits of famous photographers. The Tregoning & Company gallery in Cleveland is exhibiting those portraits through April 30.

Abe Frajndlich was born in 1946 in Frankfurt. At the age of ten he moved to the United States via Israel, France and Brazil. His role model and mentor was photographer Minor White, from whom he learnt “the art of seeing”.
