Born in Aix en Provence, Clément Jolin left at 17 to study cinema at the Australian Film Institute. He finished his studies at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA).

C. J :A combination of California, Bob Richardson and Alexey Brodovitch.
When is the decisive moment for you?
C. J :The surprise!
What inspired your work?
C. J :Nature. And human nature.
What is an advertising campaign that you’d like to do ?
C. J :The next campaign for a Guerlain fragrance.
What do you think are the current trends in photography?
C. J :Paradoxically, a return to simplicity.
