These are the final 6 portfolios selected by Christian Caujolle. He included this message with his selection:
“Already a month has gone by! So many unexpected images. They came from all over, in waves, overwhelming but never tedious, with each one showing a desire and expressing its diversity. And yet, clearly, there were simply too many. Too many that were poorly presented, poorly selected, poorly organized, and that didn’t seem to know where they were going. They were shots in the dark—maybe they’ll choose me! Clearly, more was not better. View them all, review them all, make a decision, telling oneself: Why not? In the end, the decision might not have been confident one, but it wasn’t an unconfident one. A month gone by quickly, on the road, with the selections serving as my metronome. A new experience.”
