« In utero » is a work that began in 2009, following the death of my baby in utero.
I built this series on the theme of mourning where life is suspended, frozen by an upsetting event, freezing the course of everyday life, loneliness facing death, the insignificance of this on the scale of time and the universe. The series translates a need to exist in this continuum of the cycle of the life, with the desire of a new child. It is the alternation of two visions of the world, complementary, that of the physical loss of a baby and his mourning, and that of the world, the biological and organic into which we become integrated.
