Bildhalle reopens its doors during Amsterdam Art Week 2025 at its new location in the heart of the city’s historic centre: Singel 272.
Following a brief relocation period, Bildhalle returns with a bold focus on photography and photo-based art, proudly presenting never-before-seen works by renowned Dutch artists — many of whom will be present to celebrate the opening with us. Each artist brings a distinctive voice to the medium, continuously pushing creative boundaries.
Some works pay homage to the rich legacy of Dutch art, while others, influenced by Japanese aesthetics and techniques, reflect a deep respect for craftsmanship and cultural exchange.
