This photo is a dream. I’ve been thinking about it for years. To bring together in one image the world’s most important gallery owners on the occasion of the AIPAD Photography Show. Last year it was almost realized but failed at the last minute. Of course, from the beginning I wanted Neal Slavin to make it. I had met him when I first started at Photo in 1975 in New York. He was just starting to do his group photos that have since become mythical!
