At the start of my approach to the Salon de l’Agriculture, it was the search for extinct species that interested me.
A century ago, there were 50 breeds of cow, there are less than a dozen left today.
Also very quickly, I understood that photographing the animal without its owner meant nothing.
Together they form a whole.
