The festival “Visa pour l’Image” is signaled in Perpignan at every streets corners : flags, posters, photographs. The city is greeting in this beginning of September the international festival of photojournalism. A detour at the Congress Palace before meeting the first arrivals to the “Welcome Drink” at the hotel Pam’s. The evening is a sort of preamble to this very special week that we will spend together, talking about photojournalism, debating, discovering new works.We are looking forward to it !
