Last June rang the loss of Charles Harbutt, one of the most important American photographers, and one of the most overlooked.
He was one of the great intellectual figures of Magnum in the 70’s, and a master thinker of a whole generation of photographers. The Peter Fetermann Santa Monica Gallery has acquired a portion of his estate. Here are some images, a veritable tribute!
