Since its opening in 2013, the Tignous Contemporary Art Center has hosted artists in residence for six months. The center accompanies their project as a support for innovative and experimental artistic expressions that are based on the territory of Montreuil ( Paris suburb) and its publics. The BABEL project tells us about human exchanges, the meeting of a town and its inhabitants, in a visual and sound way. Exchange is conversation, commerce, communication, the export of ideas.
