Todd Jay Weinstein is an American photographer whose work covers a wide range of genres, from street documentary and reporting to abstract and commercial work. Born in Detroit, Weinstein has lived in New York since the 1970s. His street images illustrate the highs and lows of existence, particularly in New York. His abstract images use Jewish tradition, exploring universal themes of suffering and redemption. Now, in Paris, a selection titled The Prophets in Paris which is on view at Gallery Art.C. There, one can discover Weinstein’s Parisian explorations, including his passion for tarmac.
