During Paris Photo, the Fnac will for the first time be displaying major African works from its collection and will organize an extensive program around Africa in its Photo Galleries.
Works by Titouan Lamazou, Uche Okpa Iroha and Philippe Bordas will be on display at the recently renovated Fnac des Ternes and the Forum.
The Fnac is reviving its traditional family portraits after Malick Sidibé’s success at the Fnac Lyon Bellecour in 2010, and is inviting the public, on November 11-12, to take advantage of young Congolese photographer Baudouin Mouanda’s studio. Mouanda is known for his work on African fashion.
