SAY WHO is a site devoted to cultural and commercial worlds. It is celebrating its 10th anniversary with the release of a large 500-page book revisiting the most significant published portraits!
We devote two subjects to them. Here is the first with its presentation text!
The past ten years have been some of the most exciting, frightening, daring years we’ve had to live through as a society. From 2010 to 2020, the world witnessed the rise of social media as a tool with tremendous power. In all of these diverse fields, there was always a common thread: a desire to create space for consciousness about the world we live in. Coincidently, 2010 was the year SAY WHO was born. It began with a small group of friends who headed to parties thrown by other friends (Le Baron, Le Montana, Bagatelle, NY NY…) armed with cameras. SAY WHO quickly became the ‘afterparty ritual’ for so many people and our website transformed into a who’s who of the nightlife scene. From night to day, SAY WHO grew into an influential cultural media over time, responding to the needs of clients looking for a platform to highlight their events through the people – formerly called mondains – who they invited. Through countless encounters, SAY WHO has expanded to take part in a diverse spectrum of cultural events, from fashion shows to exhibition openings and art fairs, to the Cannes Film Festival and beauty launches. We are lucky to have been entrusted by prestigious art & design institutions as well as renowned brands in the fields of luxury and fashion to create impactful memories with them – and with all of you.
