Asia Monochrome Journey
In 2023, on the eve of my thirtieth birthday, I embarked on an adventure that would transform my vision of the world.
For four months, I was caught up in the life that was happening around me: the lively conversations on crowded trains in Kerala, the laughter shared over street food in South Korea, the authentic exchanges with the inhabitants of remote villages in Vietnam and Cambodia, and the warm encounters in the bustling streets of Thailand.
With my camera as my only companion, I sought to capture the essence of each moment, to immortalize the raw emotions emanating from the faces I met.
That’s why I deliberately opted for black and white. This timeless aesthetic allowed me to bring out the depth of emotion
the depth of emotions, emphasize contrasts and reveal the purity of captured memories.
