If the Ouroboros is the symbol of a snake biting its tail, this is also the symbol of the eternal return (introspection). I wanted to apply this definition to our consumerist item quest today. In our society, it is no longer acquired according to a use or purpose but locked in a return on itself as a sign that only refers to its possession.
