Geneviève Hofman : Le Serpent, le Dragon et les ailes
There are places that blow your mind: inspired and inspiring places that instill the conviction that here, in this place, men find themselves linked to something that can be called transcendance, cosmic or otherwise, that make them conscious of their eminent and fragile place in the universe. These are natural sites which have become, over generations, destinations for tourists and pilgrims. Geneviève Hofman traveled to them and studied them in the hope that photography would be able to identify a geography of the sacred.
