Abysses
These photographs are for me an attempt to exile from the world and more precisely the modern world to join silent lands deserted by man and civilization.
Seeking to overtake the limits of space, time and borders, they stay away from the events to reach a silent and contemplative symbolism, questioning our intimate and secret link to the origin, vacuity, and silence itself. They are a bridge towards an inner reality where language and objective « reality » loses their definite and unalterable attribute, on the border of dream and hallucination.
The term « Abyss » refers to the depth of the unconscious and oneiric world.
