On the occasion of Paris Photo, We asked participating galleries to submit three images with three different price points: under €1,000, from €1,000 to €2,000, and over €5,000. Here are the results. Thank you again to all the galleries!
OSMOS (USA) sent us these: Bev Grant, Helen Kritlzer and Carol Ann Jones throwing symbols of women’s oppression into the freedom trash can at the Miss America Pageant Protest, Atlantic City, NJ, Sept 7, 1968 (02/10), 1968/2022 at $1200 and Anton Stankowski, Stufen, 1932 at $6500. There are no images under €1000.
Gallery Materia (Italy) does not offer photos for less than €5000: Sunil Gupta, Lovers – Ten Years On, (Lisa & Emily), 1984-85.
Gallery Michael Hoppen (United Kingdom) also does not offer works for less than €5000 and sends us this one: Tshepiso Moropa The Animal That Named Us, 2025.
Papillon (France), offers this photo by Mehdi-Georges Lahlou, Still Life, 2024, at over 5000, and does not sell works below this price.
