I’m a photographer based in Düsseldorf , Germany and I would like to present you the following project.
Mothers & Daughters is a long time project and in the same time such a universal subject. I discovered in my sphere that the mother / daughter relationships are often loaded with emotions and I found it interesting to explore this topic. The mother’s role is anchored in Germany as well as in Poland – my native country – very traditionally, so I decided to realize the project in both countries. I found it interesting to portray the Mothers & Daughters in the mothers’ living room, because it is usually the most representative room in the house and contains lots of visual informations about the resident’s personality.
