It will be alright
I am a fashion photographer and visual artist who uses photography, video and writing.
I mainly work on the self-portrait and I carry out an analytical staging, tinged with irony, poetry or absurdity.
I use my image to transcribe the psychological manifestations and the physical reactions to the events we go through. The subject can be a constant reality or an event that passes through us. The goal is to caricature, denounce, or take the subject with derision and lightness with the main desire to make the viewer smile and move.
For me, the self-portrait is not a dialogue between the artist and himself, it is a dialogue with the viewer.
The series “It’s going to be okay” is a series of self-portraits that I qualify as absurd, disruptive and sensual.
The absurdity and the burn out in everyday life staged in a pop and surrealist aesthetic.
