Diary of a pandemic
After several months of hardship, on 25 October 2020 I took my camera and went to the Monumentale Cemetery of Milan. I knew that site and was aware that it offered open spaces filled with unique beauty. During that first visit I came to know that the cemetery was also another thing, it was a place where I might meet with real people. In the following nine months I went back any time I could, collecting images while also keeping memories of the facts that meanwhile were unfolding in our society. This portfolio contains some of those images.
