The Little Big Galerie is exhibiting Eric Vassal‘s series on cinema, Les Dagydes d’Eric Vassal, which brings the icons of the past back into the spotlight in an original and contemporary way. These are unique pieces. He writes:
“I perceive photography as a malleable, almost living material, which I shape to give it a new existence. This approach is marked by the way in which light, acting on the image, can create effects of movement. Photography, although naturally motionless, becomes a space where movement is reconfigured under the influence of light, shadows, and the tensions created by objects added to the image, such as pins.” – Eric Vassal
