The Association Fetart announced the names of the artists of the 4th edition of the Festival Circulation(s) next February. The program of Circulation(s) is articulated around an exhibition presenting the works of 22 young European photographers selected following a call for application .the result was judged by professionals under the helm of the godfather of this edition Xavier Canonne (director of the Musée de la photographie in Charleroi) and José Manuel Gonçalves (Director of CENTQUATRE). Also presented, the “carte blanche” of Xavier Canonne and the guests.
