My career as a photographer began in the middle of a photography degree (1998-2002) at Ar.Co – Centro de Arte e Comunicação Visual, in Lisbon.
For more than ten years I have been producing images in various areas, from photojournalism to corporate. I love to print analogue b&w and I also continue to dedicate myself to author photography, always starting new projects and resuming those stalled for years. It is a long way to go to keep all my past and present work organized.
Stone
This work focused on the natural surroundings of the portuguese border with spain, Beira Interior also called Zona Raiana.
I’m fascinated by the surreal beauty of this stone landscape.
For this personal project I’ve used three film formats, 24x36mm, 24x65mm and 6x7cm. Hope to make an exhibition and make a small book too.
