Gainsbourg was born on April 2, 1928 and passed away on March 2, 1991, in his house at 5 bis rue de Verneuil in Paris, after having dined at the Bistrot de Paris, 33 rue de Lille.
30 years already!
It is in this neighborhood where he lived for 22 years that the HEGOA gallery, located at the corner of rue de Verneuil, pays homage to him.
