Featuring reproductions of Brewster’s photo-based gel transfer images, the book documents the development of her techniques and themes since the series’ inception in 2016. Blur offers a detailed examination of Brewster’s methods and their engagement with ideas of opacity, resilience and the complexities of Black identity
