Boys and girls aged between 11 and 14 years old experience the metamorphosis from childhood to adolescence; during this phase the naivety of the tender age is gradually abandoned and a process of elaboration takes place, leading them to a new identity and anticipating their future life as young adults.
This series of portraits aims to capture an instant of revelation, the faint awareness of independence and the discovery of a private, enigmatic space.
