Since Art Basel debuted in Miami in 2002, the Miami art scene and its surrounding communities have been exposed to dynamic and innovative artwork including Fine Art Photography, which has generated a vibrant collecting audience and a destination to see art. My partner Ken Devlin and I have been considering opening a second gallery and we felt Miami was the place to be. We are very pleased to be located in the new and developing Design District. The Miami Art community has been devoted to revitalizing the area and they continue to be committed to enhancing the region through the appreciation of all art forms. The Fahey/Klein Gallery has been exposing Fine Art Photography to our audience in Los Angeles since 1986 and we look forward to contributing to the awareness of this medium in Miami.

The inaugural exhibition, which opened the week of Art Basel, is a group exhibition featuring a broad overview of classic and iconic photographs in a variety of genres. Future shows will include both solo and thematic group exhibitions of 20th century and contemporary artists.
The first exhibition at Fahey/Klein Gallery Miami will include 20th century photographs by Jesse Alexander, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Elliott Erwitt, Ralph Gibson, Bob Gruen, Horst P. Horst, Frank Horvat, William Klein, Danny Lyon, Jim Marshall, Herb Ritts, Steve Schapiro, Melvin Sokolsky, and Phil Stern, as well as work by contemporary artists Ruven Afanador, Billy & Hells, Julie Blackmon, Nick Brandt, Patrick Demarchelier, David Drebin, Cathleen Naundorf, Rodney Smith, Laurie Lynn Stark, Diego Uchitel, and Ellen von Unwerth.
