Imperceptibly, my goals as well as my desires or my opportunities can drift… and they do it particularly at the moment. So you might as well put a little mockery on it and observe myself with indulgence and humor. I have a saving tendency to divert the things, the situations and to import there a part of irony which alleviates. Like these precious pencils promised to write a novel – of a great story of course – whose destiny changes to another future, an unforeseen fate. Curious parallel with this news of early 2020 which brings us all, whoever we are, more or less on the same level. Thanks to photography, and in this series precisely, I wonder about the part of chance or the part of will which defines existence: is it better to let yourself sail with the winds or stand against adversity ?!
