The sixth photographic season of the Royal Abbey of Epau opens tomorrow. Photographers were invited to think about the notions of “environment, the collective memory and the evolutions of society”. The structuring theme of this work is entitled Citizenship and Living Together.
The season brings together Leila Alaoui, Corentin Folhen, Tim Franco, Guy Le Querrec, Thomas Pesquet, Lee Daesung, Frederick Lermeryd and Gerard Uferas. Among the exhibitions to be seen, No Pasara by Leila Alaoui. The photographer documented the exodus of young Moroccanlooking for a promising future in Europe. The French astronaut Thomas Pesquet presents his spatial works that have earned him some success on social networks. Daesung Lee shows an edifying work on the progress of desertification in Mongolia.
