The MBAL presents the first retrospective of one of the most internationally acclaimed artists. The work that the American Alex Prager has developed for the last 10 years, inhabited by the world of cinema, is particularly distinguished. Her young women with a retro look, disturbed heroines caught between desires, expectations and dramas, appear as seductive as they are solitary. It is through photography and film, through meticulously choreographed scenes, that the artist takes us into his torments.
