Death Valley
I had long been curious to explore Death Valley, California. A rare weather event had brought extreme amounts for rain filling Badwater Basin with water for the first time since 2005, so it seemed like the right time to make the trek to this harsh desert landscape. On arrival, our 4X4 jeep immediately got stuck in the mud, but thankfully, passersby were kind of enough to help, literally, pull us out of our predicament. It was a true photographer’s adventure.
