Beach Readers
Living near the Pacific Ocean in southern California, I am frequently near the beach working on various conceptual environment projects. While walking the beach and enjoying the ocean’s ambience, I am intrigued by those who spend their beach time engrossed in a book. As the Senior Editor of the virtual contemporary photographic book review magazine, PhotoBook Journal, as one might suspect, I am equally a book-nerd and thus I am drawn to those who have a similar book interest. I will admit that if one wants to spend some time at the water’s edge, I think this is a very pleasant location to enjoy an interesting read. Thus, this series is meant to celebrate those who indulge in their literary interest during their (leisure) time on the shore.
