The third component of the festival, the Mondaine 25th Hour, is an annual competition aimed at capturing life during the extra hour gained on daylight savings transition to winter time and spent creating, observing, and wandering around the town of Deauville from midnight to midnight.

For one exceptional hour on the night from Saturday, October 29 to Sunday, October 30, 2016, between midnight and midnight, 200 amateur and professional photographers, whether as a couple, family or group, or on their own, will show how they view or imagine the “25th hour” in Deauville.

10 PM: Reception of participants at the Villa Le Cercle, 1 rue Jacques Le Marois. Meeting with journalists from Réponses Photo to share night photography techniques.
